We are BlueprintDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Senior Senior Product Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
What We're Looking For:
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
