We are LumenSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior Data Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy

- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
